Our Story
Dr. Chizen and Dr. Bennett are co-owners of Aspen Trails Dental, founded in 2010. It began with Dr. MacDonald, plus one hygienist and one dental assistant. Our goal has always been to change the way patients feel about dentistry, and that makes us a Sherwood Park favourite.
In 2012 Dr. Chizen joined Dr. MacDonald as an owner and Aspen Trails expanded into the two office spaces next door. Aspen Trails Dental now has 13 operatories, with a lab and office space. The dental team has grown to nearly 30 people, each with an important role in changing the way people feel about the dentist. In 2018, Dr. Bennett was brought on as a third dentist to keep up with our growth. He was an amazing addition to the team and stepped into his role as owner as Dr. MacDonald moved away.
Dr. Chizen and Dr. Bennett have since hired Dr. Courtney Aube as the Associate Dentist to complete the team. Each dentist has an area they love to focus on, but all prioritize client experience. Growing, learning, and keeping up with technological advances have been important since day one. Our top-of-the-line technology makes for quicker, more comfortable visits. Aspen Trails Dental does this all with patients in mind and is proud to be a leader in patient care.
